Our full films are put together from the ground up so they are unique (bespoke) to your wedding. The overall length of the full film will fluctuate due to a few reasons. Ceremonies can differ dramatically in length! A lot of the film is based around this and the audio captured of the vows and what is said by your officiant etc. We have had some ceremonies that are 2 minutes while others are 20. Catholic ceremonies are often over an hour!

The same can be true for the later part of the day during reception. The length of any toasts or speeches can be very different in length! We try to include all of this in the full films so it can fluctuate fairly dramatically.

Lastly, it also depends on how much day-of coverage you book. If you forgo prep coverage at the beginning of the day and/or dancing time at the end then that can obviously not be incorporated into your film!

Wedding teasers for social media are ready for you in 72 hours. The 2-3 minute trailers take a week. Due to the nature of the full film and the varying factors that can go into it you can expect to receive it in 6 weeks but possibly up to 8 weeks. As we refine our editing methods we hope to bring that timeline down!

All wedding films are delivered via a personal online gallery where the high resolution films can be downloaded and shared. They are optimized to display beautifully on computer, tablet or smartphone.

We are happy to try and incorporate the genre of music you like when putting the films together but, unfortunately, we can not use specific music due to copyright reasons.

No, not necessarily. Toasts, vows and speeches are not all created equal so we can not guarantee every word will make it into the film. Separate unedited videos of the entirety of speeches etc can be provided.

Yes! We are licensed drone pilots. We ask that you make sure your venue/locations allow drone use before booking and require them to reach out to us within 21 days of the wedding/event if any insurance, licenses or any other paperwork is required to operate on the premises.

We do offer the raw footage and audio from your wedding day. Please be aware that is very much.. raw! The video recorded on the day is in a format that may not be readable on your computer unless the appropriate software is installed. It is your responsibility to find a way to open and view the files.

The footage will look unsaturated and “bland” as it is designed to be color corrected after editing.

There will be audio on the footage as captured by the camera but please note that the primary audio is captured separately via audio recorders. This will NOT be married to the video footage as it is in the film options offered.

We strongly suggest you reach out to discuss if you need more clarification on purchasing RAW footage.

If the weather is too bleak for the drone to be flown you will be reimbursed. If drone coverage is part of a package you will be refunded the relative cost as packages are discounted over a la carte options.

Please note that if the drone can not be flown due to venue or location restrictions there will not be a refund so please make sure to check before booking!
